Job Summary:
The Director of Human Resources will oversee all HR functions, ensuring that our team members feel valued, supported, and empowered to deliver exceptional service. From talent acquisition to employee engagement, compliance, and training, this role is key to shaping a high-performing and welcoming work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in the hospitality or luxury industry.
• Strong knowledge of California labor laws, compliance, and industry regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
